How do I sign up for a class? Can I sign up in person?

All students must create an online account with us via Mindbody to attend classes. Students are able to purchase a single class, a class package, or a membership via thecentersf.com

Click on the yoga membership tab and scroll down to purchase a membership, class package, or single class.

The easiest way to book a class once you have purchased a class is through the Mindbody App (iOS or Android).
You can also book classes using your Mindbody account via our website under the yoga membership tab. Scroll down to the calendar and click ‘BOOK’ to the right of the class you wish to book.

Do you have any intro specials?

We are currently running a summer promotion- $30 for 30 days of unlimited classes. This special renews into our $150/month membership after 30 days. You can purchase this special here

Go to the homepage on your Mindbody App.

  1. Locate The Center SF

  2. Find your ‘upcoming’ booked class below

  3. Click on the class

  4. Click cancel on the bottom left of the screen

*Early cancel-if your class is canceled within the permitted time frame you will receive class credit
**Late cancel-if you cancel later than the permitted time frame, you will not receive class credit

How to cancel a class on the Mindbody App.

ClassPass has their own cancellation policy and these must be done via the ClassPass App. Unfortunately because it’s a different system, The Center SF cannot cancel ClassPass classes.

As ClassPass users are third-party users, all reservation issues/changes go through ClassPass, you must reach out to their customer experience team directly via the ClassPass app.

If you signed up for a class through Classpass and are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation directly through your ClassPass account. Keep in mind that you may incur a cancellation fee if you cancel your booking within 12 hours of start time. You can view the ClassPass cancellation policy here.

How do ClassPass cancellations work?

As a courtesy to our students we do not allow entrance into class 10 minutes past class start time. Please arrive on time and check in with a staff member or volunteer before class begins.

Can I show up late to a class?

Please reach out to yoga@thecentersf.com with at least 7 days notice before the renewal date with your first and last name associated with your account.

How do I cancel my membership?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pause a membership. You must reach out to yoga@thecentersf.com to cancel and then renew on your desired date.

Each of our rooms has mats and other props for you to use during class. There is no rental fee for use.

Do you have mats to rent?

Those new to yoga can start with Slow Flow Vinyasa classes. Although these are not necessarily easier classes, the flow is slower and can offer more time to engage in poses. Another great option for beginners are our All Bodies Kundalini, Somatic Movement, and Release and Flow and Restore classes.

What is the right class for beginners?

What class should I take if I want to challenge myself?

Power vinyasa is a high intensity workout and a good option for those looking for a more intense workout.
